Mettaphysical Objects

When writing the word ‘metaphysical’ -the physics of ought- I prefer to write it with two ‘t’s because of the recent change in name of the Facebook corporation changing its name to Meta. Meta means beyond, it means what comes next, and metaphysics is the study of seeing what comes next. As our consciousness is able to see our ecosystemic role it is increasingly clear that what comes next is our role as guardians of planetary wellbeing. Yet in seeking ‘the next’ we are often clumsy about the now. The vibration of the word ‘Meta’ holds a deeper wisdom kept by buddhists as the word Metta which is the meditation of loving kindness, through this meditation, the meditator seeks the wellbeing and end of suffering of all beings on earth and the cosmos.
Therefore in the expansion of language, I believe that we can start to wonder about a new word Mettaphysical or mettaphysics, which aligns the vibration of the word towards loving kindness, in the theories of ought, and visions of a solar punk/ regenerative/ permacultural/ biomimetic future.
Having said this, as digital culture expands we have to consider our role as guardians of Gaia and the creation of a new class of objects that live both in the digital and regenerate the physical, these are Mettaphysical objects.
The first of this class of objects would be an NFTree, which as a representation of a physical tree should honor it’s tetrahedron structure. Buckmeister Fuller, the great systems designer and architect, describes trees as: ‘The tree is a tetrahedron that makes a cone as it revolves. The tree's three tetrahedral roots spread out into the ground to anchor the tree and get water.’
Therefore in the creation of a class of objects that are to live on the Blockchain as representations of physical trees, that we live to honor and safeguard, we should honor the trees wisdom. By allocating the resources of the sale of one NFTree to represent the planting and caring of at least three physical trees. In the honoring of the sacred geometry of the tetrahedron as the pyramid composed by triangles that holds the wisdom of the number three and the symbiotic nature and relationships that hold life together.
This definition or idea is by no means stagnant and should evolve very much as life evolves and at the same time as we are able to quantify and inventorize the consumption of energy that minting an caring for NFTree entails, taking into consideration the energy used and the sources of that energy as we steer the blockchain towards a regenerative future.
