Paloma & Angostura was a social Fashion label that sought to bring change in the reintegration of former combatants and catalyze a more environmentally conscious fashion ecosystem in Colombia.
The project began to be thought of in 2011 when Pablo worked an internship in the Colombian Agency for Reintegration (formerly ACR) understanding the complex challenges that Disarmament, demobilization and reintegration bring to the peace building process of a society. After finishing university 2015 the project was launched with media acclaim being featured on the BBC, Vice, CCTVAmerica and Business of Fashion. The company was the first B corp pending company in Colombia a certification given to entrepreneurship projects that have a triple bottom line. The project was closed in 2019 due to financial difficulties.
